Ms. Kyambi Kavali

Executive Director

Ms. Kyambi Kavali is a resourceful and well-rounded Non-profit executive with over 15 years of experience in Administrative Operations, Human Resources and Financial Management. Technical competencies and Skills include Financial Management, Human Resource and General Admin. Ms. Kyambi worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for 15 years in various capacities as Ombudsperson for the African Region, Administrator Finance, HR & Administration for the Nairobi Delegation. A community leader, she is associated with multiple community initiatives in the lower Eastern Region of Kenya. Before Joining Nascent Prospects Kyambi has worked as an Independent Consultant in the broader East African region.

Caroline Ndolo-Muthiani

holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in International Relations from United States International University. She worked as a Brand and Communications Manager for 8 years with key achievements being overseeing the rebranding of BP service stations to Shell and launching the Shell V Power fuel among others.

She is currently a Director at Sapphire Logistics Ltd; Sapphire Integrated Services; Discount Ventures Ltd and Nascent Prospects Ltd. These specialize in Marketing and Communication, Public Relations and Community Engagement. She is a member of OWIT, Nairobi Chapter, AWEP, Kenya, a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Programme and Cherie Blaire Mentorship Foundation.

Mr. Lone Felix

Non Executive Director

Lone Felix is a Partner at MarkAppeal Group, a Social and Public Sector consultancy firm. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Law degree from Kenyatta University. Felix has experience in development finance and is a Fellow of the Austrian Leadership Program. Felix has served as President of the Kenyatta University Students’ Council and as Secretary General of Equity Africa Leadership Program. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Cytonn ES. A leadership Development Enthusiasm, Felix is a co-founder of the Imara Africa Leadership Development Program.
