The project will equally review County integrated plans for the period 2018-2022 and deliver them both to women leaders and self-help groups in a public friendly manner.
- Networking: The trained leaders across the county will be networked informally and formally through facilitating the establishment of a County based Caucus. The Caucus will be a registered entity with a defined mandate of facilitating women participation in the budgeting and budgetary oversight process. The networking will equally be cross-county to facilitate inter-county working.
- Collaboration: The Model of the Caucus will be to work with established leaders to deliver change. The Caucus will therefore form an elaborate working relationship with the County Executive & County Assembly through which they will channel their priorities and suggestions for improvement
